- We Price your rent: We will help you determine what rent to charge by looking at what comparable rentals are leasing for in the area. We will go over the list of possible repairs you may need to address to get the property ready for rent and up to code with landlord and tenant laws
- Market your property: We do more than just post your rental on Craigslist. We generate leads through social media, advertising on over 84 websites and the Multiple Listing Service so that your rental property can get maximum exposure.
- Tenant screening: The best way to reduce turnover is to find great tenants, and we use state-of-the-art screening to find responsible renters.
- Handle emergency repairs: We are here to help you preserve the condition of your property! As a third party we will get any repairs addressed for you quickly to make sure your rental is getting the maintenance it requires.
- Create monthly or quarterly reports: These reports help you track your money so that you know how much is coming in and going out every month. We provide each property owner with a convenient owner portal where you have easy access to all reports, documents and invoices.
- Provide important tax filing documents: Every year we send out 1099s to rental owners so that they can report their rental income and expenses to IRS.
- Perform house visits and inspections: We provide move in and move out inspections with photos which can be accessed in your owner portal.
- Vacation Rentals: We help you rent your property short term or long term!
